Text Messaging (SMS)

If you check a text messaging consent box on one of our forms (for example, our quote request form), you agree to receive text messages from The Party Experts at the mobile number you provide. Checking these boxes is optional and is not required to request a quote or book with us.

We send two kinds of texts:

  • Service texts: follow-ups about the quote you requested and updates about your booking, such as scheduling, delivery, install and take-down times.
  • Marketing texts: offers and promotions. We only send these if you check the separate marketing consent box.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. You can also call us at (470) 210-4459.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that help us send and manage our messages, and only so they can do that for us.

Leads from Facebook and Instagram

If you ask for a quote through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or through the quote form on our website, the information you submit (such as your name, phone number, email address, city and the details of your request) goes into our customer management system (CRM). We use it to respond to your request, follow up on your quote, and manage your booking. We may also note which ad or page your request came from so we can tell which of our ads are working.

Facebook and Instagram are run by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you use a Meta lead form, Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy. We do not sell the information you send us.

Cookies and Advertising Pixels

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work. For example, it tells us when someone who saw one of our ads visits our site or sends a quote request. The Meta Pixel may use cookies and similar technology, and Meta may use this information to show ads and measure results.

You can control this:

  • Change how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad preferences (on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Ad preferences).
  • Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, as described in the cookies section above.
